Clean Page, Take 3

Take 3 was a success. On top of the changes made in Take 2, I did the following:

• Very pointless Skip To Main piece of code dumped in favour of ARIA "main" landmark.
• Added ARIA "navigation" landmark to footer links to see if that would satisfy the request for multiple ways.

All these changes were incorporated into the index, CleanPage and other pages (with the obvious except of these test pages, where I want the errors in RPT to be demonstratable to anyone). Strangely, this page, and this page alone, has a Potential Violation that is located on the role="main" syntax of the ARIA div, which is identical for all pages. No explanation of what's causing that issue.
